Once at home the care she takes is very important: to rest, to take analgesic, antibiotics, daily bath and cleansing of the wounds. The meals are the normal ones. She can exercise a month after the surgery. I remove the stitches in my office seven days after the surgery and I advise that normal activities should start once again ten days after the surgery.

There are many position and shapes of scars, frequently they are located either around the areola, or around the areola plus a vertical one, or an "inverted T”; finally, it depends on the characteristics of the breasts and the experience the surgeon has with determined surgical techniques, the main objective is to obtain results with the following characteristics:

1. - Suitable size

2. - Conical mammary form

3. - Symmetrical breasts

4. - And areolas with optimal location, size and form.
